Assistance League of Tucson collecting new books for kids - KVOA Tucson News

TUCSON- The Assistance League of Tucson is holding its 2nd annual book drive to bring new books to kids who need them.

It is part of the league’s Action Week that is focusing on literacy.  

The Assistance League is accepting brand new books for children ages 0-12. They are also in need of Spanish and Bilingual books. All the books stay in Tucson and are distributed through Assistance League of Tucson’s children’s programs.

The books can be dropped off at their partner locations until Monday, March 2nd. Those locations include Mildred & Dildred, Mostly Books, and both Barnes & Noble locations in Tucson as well as Assistance League of Tucson’s Thrift Shop on N Alvernon Way.
