Kirkland police are still looking for the perpetrators behind a robbery that took place at about 2:50 a.m. on Jan. 27 the Caribbean Casino (12526 NE 144th St.).
The suspects were wearing masks covering their faces and had the hoods of their sweatshirts pulled up over their heads.
According to a press release, the suspects walked directly into the casino and contacted the cashier. One of the suspects drew a black pistol and pointed it at the employee, while the other yelled at her to put all $100 bills available into the bags that the suspects brought with them.
The suspects began to draw attention to themselves at this time and quickly left the casino, the release states. The suspects were last seen running east out of the parking lot and into the Sancerre Apartments complex.
Despite an exhaustive area check and subsequent K9 track by police, the suspects were not apprehended, according to the release.
Suspect No. 1 has been described as wearing gray sweatpants and a green sweatshirt with a hood. He was wearing black nylon-style material covering his entire face and black gloves. His race is unknown.
Suspect No. 2 has been described as a white or light-skinned male wearing black jeans and a black sweatshirt with a hood. He was wearing a black mask that covered his face at the time that only exposed the skin around his eyes. He also was wearing black gloves and held the pistol as he pointed it at the employee.
