The Portsmouth Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying a person of interest.
On Monday the PPD posted to their Facebook page they were looking for information about a male who is a suspect in recent thefts and illegal use of a stolen credit card. The PPD also attached two photos of the suspect on the social media post.
The PPD is asking the public to help identify the suspect, information can be called into Detective Timberlake at (740) 353-6489 or to Portsmouth Police Department Dispatch (740) 353-4101.
