Local Non-Profit Offering Preschool Tuition Assistance to Madison Families - TAPinto.net

Morristown, NJ - The non-profit organization, Preschool Advantage, will be assisting with preschool tuition for the school year of 2021-22. So far Preschool advantage has helped over 100 children with tuition assistance for the year of 2020-21, and is excited to continue to give children a fair chance to succeed.

“While there are federally funded programs to cover costs of preschools for families living below the poverty line, many other families cannot afford early education due to the high costs of living in this region", according to the organization. "Preschool Advantage is committed to giving children the opportunity to attend preschool and thus equalize the gap between lower income families and affluent families.”

Preschool advantage has partnered with 28 preschools in Morris and Somerset counties. The mission of this organization is to “provide a quality preschool education
for families who could otherwise not afford it.” This program is meant to set children up with an education which will give them and their families a better world.

Applications are still available for the upcoming school year. To be eligible, children must be 3 or 4 years old by October 1, 2021. It is strongly encouraged that all applicants submit their requests as soon as possible before the school year begins. If you qualify for financial aid for placing your child in a preschool classroom, April 3 is the next deadline.

For residents of Madison and Morristown, the local preschools that have partnered with Advantage are Madison Montessori School (five day program), Rainbow
Montessori School (three to five day program), F.M. Kirby Children’s Center (three to five day program), these are located in Madison. The preschools in Morristown are Children on the Green (five day program), The Nursery School of the Presbyterian Church (three to four day program), The Frances & Herbert Brody Preschool of Temple
B’nai Or (three to five day program).
