AURORA | Aurora police are asking the public to help identify two men they say were involved in a Sept. 26 Aurora shooting that “grazed” a woman while she was in a convenience store parking lot.

Police have released a photo of two men in a 7-Eleven store they say are involved in the shooting that occurred in the parking lot of 19330 E. Quincy Ave. at about 11 p.m. Sept. 26.

Few details were released then or yesterday about the shooting, only that a woman was “grazed” by a bullet, and that her injury was non-life-threatening.

At the time, a suspect in the shooting was described as a white male wearing a black shirt and driving a large, black SUV.

Photos were released Thursday by police depicting two men standing at the cashier of the 7-Eleven at an undisclosed time, neither wearing a black shirt. A grainy SUV photo depicts a large SUV at night with headlights on. Police said the car is an “older model Dodge Durango.”

Anyone with information about this case to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers. Tipsters can remain anonymous and are eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
