Tuscaloosa City Schools is offering tuition assistance for families who need child care while the system is under full-time at-home virtual learning.

The assistance is available to students who attend a program with the system’s community partners including:

• Arts ‘n Autism
• Boys and Girls Club of West Alabama
• Citizens Impacting Community Association
• Fields Child Care Center
• Tuscaloosa County Park and Recreation Authority
• “Let’s Talk” Restart School Project
• Tender Loving Care
• YMCA

Applications must be filed before Aug. 26, and parents will be notified of their status by email by Sept. 1.
