Hurricane Laura ravaged the Texas-Louisiana coast leaving at least 12 people dead. The storm made landfall Thursday as a Category 4 near Cameron, Louisiana.
Lake Charles was the largest city in Louisiana to take the brunt of the damage from the storm.
President Donald Trump issued a major disaster declaration for Louisiana following Hurricane Laura's widespread destruction.
