EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. --

The Air Force Employee Assistance Program provides civilian employees and their families with no cost, confidential resources to help make life easier.

Woody Woodall, Air Force EAP consultant, said COVID-19 has caused feelings of stress, apprehension, and other issues and challenges for many civilian employees.

The EAP provides help through short-term non-clinical counseling, lifestyle coaching, self-care programs, Work Life services, articles, webinars, management consultations and other related services to help employees continue accomplishing the Air Force mission.

“Our goal is to help members successfully manage the many areas of their lives, by matching them to the right service or benefit when they need it, which ultimately helps them accomplish the Air Force mission,” he said.
